On 15 July, food&travel held a cooking demonstration event in collaboration with the U.S. Poultry and Egg Export Council (USPEEC) and Hen Tick Foods. Chef Jackson Goh demonstrated three delicious recipes utilising imported U.S. frozen chicken - prawn paste chicken, Thai curry chicken, and salted egg yolk chicken. Audiences also enjoyed a complimentary high tea set by Latest Recipe at Le Méridien Sentosa, alongside the three demonstrated dishes.
