Otto’s Deli Fresh
Set in the hip Holland Village neighbourhood, Otto’s Deli Fresh brings quality and provenance to the discerning foodies across Singapore. Dishes include home-made muesli, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, meats and desserts. Soups like the Button mushroom served with toasted brioche and chives make for a hearty start, while the Grilled Fremantle Octopus Salad with two-hour sous vide octopus that is chargrilled before served with fresh baby spinach and shavings of baby radish.

Beef lovers can tuck into the Pressed Beef Steak Ciabatta, made from hanger steak and Bresaola beef served with gruyere cheese and caramelised onions, and Beef Stroganoff Fettuccine, with white button mushrooms. A Limestone Ridge full blood wagyu beef rump that is grilled and baked in the oven, served with housemade BBQ sauce, is a delicious treat, while the Heritage US Kurobuta pork rack is a succulent dish. Wrap up the meal with a selection of desserts, such as the Burnt Banana Waffles served with peanut butter gelato, and the Crème Brulee, with pineapple compote made from slow cooked pineapples and rum.
