From now to October, Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa’s main dining establishment – Latest Recipe, will be offering thematic buffets (set to change every month), which promise to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds. For the month of August, diners can look forward to iconic local cuisine such as Black Pepper Char Kway Teow, Salted Egg Yolk Crab, and Bak Kut Teh – pork ribs simmered in herbal spice-infused broth. The live stations will feature equally tempting dishes such as Singapore-style Laksa, Stir-fried Oyster Hokkien Mee and crispy Prata, paired with aromatic Indian vegetarian curry and dhal curry. End off a hearty meal with locally-inspired petit bites and desserts like the Pandan Kaya Cake, Coconut Cake, Lychee Mousse, Nyonya Kuehs, Goreng Pisang and more.
Priced at S$65 per adult and S$29 per child, the buffet is available on Friday and Saturday nights.
