Grilled Ribeye Steak

Grilled Ribeye Steak
Prep 25 mins • Cook 15 mins • Serves 1


  • 250g ribeye steak
    salt, as needed
    pepper, as needed
  • Hazelnut Dressing
    100g roasted hazelnuts
    10g sherry vinegar
    40ml olive oil
    10ml lemon juice


Step 1

Prepare the hazelnut dressing. Whizz hazelnuts in a food processor until fine.

Step 2

Mix with oil, lemon juice and sherry vinegar. Season to taste.

Step 3

Prepare the steak. Preheat grill to high heat. Place rib-eye steak on a large tray and season with salt and pepper on all sides.

Step 4

Transfer seasoned steak to the hot grill and cook for 4-6 mins on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired.

Step 5

Remove steak and let it rest for 5-10 mins before serving with hazelnut dressing.
