Goodwood Park Hotel's New Snowskin Flavours 2017

Exotic flavors such as Prickly Pear with Bergamot Snowskin Mooncake are up for grabs this Mid-Autumn Festival

Introducing three new snowskin flavours to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival is Goodwood Park Hotel, who specially flew in a team of renowned pastry chefs from Hong Kong to create these intricate treats. From 23 August to 4 October, choose from the Prickly Pear with Bergamot Snowskin Mooncake (S$52 for four pieces, S$32 for two) in a blush of pink that’s made from the prickly pear cactus plant with citrusy notes and crunchy diced pears, or the Apple Cider Snowskin Mooncake (S$36 for two pieces) made with diced apples and boasts sweet and tangy flavours. The Root Beer Snowskin Mooncake (S$36 for two pieces) is set to be a crowd-pleaser with its root beer base and cream-coloured snowskin, rich with flavours of vanilla beans with a tinge of rum. Other favourites include the ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian Snowskin Mooncake (S$80 for four pieces, S$48 for two), along with a selection of traditional baked mooncakes that come with lotus seed paste and melon seeds, double yolk and white lotus seed paste, among others.
