From now to the month of June, Swissôtel Merchant Court will be offering an array of delicious dining promotions, such as the Foie Gras Galore, Amazing Crab Feast and the Chocolate & Berries Buffet, which will tempt diners to make multiple visits to this hotel located by the banks of the historical Singapore River.

Beef lovers will want to take note to visit Ellenborough Market Café in April, as the establishment will be offering generous servings of U.S. Prime Rib of Beef carved to order, in addition to a wide selection of local and Peranakan favourites such as Ayam Buah Keluak and Babi Pongteh. Other highlights not-to-be missed include fresh seafood, cheeses, and desserts.

Priced at S$68 per person, the U.S. Prime Ribs of Beef promotion is available daily during dinner only.

For the month of May, foodies can look forward to savouring the rich flavours of foie gras at Ellenborough Market Café. Available from 8-28 May during dinner, Executive Chef Louis Tay has specially conceptualised three foie gras recipes: Foie Gras Terrine with Grape Compote, Foie Gras Mousse with Port Wine Jelly, and Five Spice Dusted Seared Foie Gras with Mango Relish and Balsamic Reduction, that will please even the most discerning taste buds.

Enjoy these foie gras delights alongside a wide variety of fresh seafood on ice including shucked oysters, Canadian mussels and Alaskan snow crabs.

Come June, Ellenborough Market Café will be hosting The Amazing Crab Feast, offering over 10 crab creations that promise to satisfy. From the ice bar, be sure to try the Flower Crab, Alaskan Snow Crab, and the Teochew Cold Crab, while the highlights from the hot section include the Wok-Fried Chilli Sri Lankan Crab with Golden Man Tou, Black Pepper Sri Lankan Crab, Gerang Assam Flower Crab, Crisp Soft Shell Crab, Ginger Scallion Flower Crab Bee Hoon, and Crabmeat Fried Rice with Asparagus and Tobiko Tartare Sauce.

End the hearty crab feast on a sweet note with handcrafted cakes and French pastries, as well as a selection of local desserts such as Bubur Cha Cha and Durian Pengat.
