From 8 - 30 May 2017, Crystal Jade will be retailing 4 delightful new rice dumpling flavours: Premium Rice dumpling with Abalone (S$18.80), Mini Roast Pork Salted Egg Rice Dumpling (S$15.80 for 5), Roast Duck Salted Egg Rice Dumpling (S$7.80), and the Five-spice Pork Rice Dumpling (S$7.80).
Treat yourself to the Premium Rice Dumpling with Abalone - a luxurious rendition of the traditional dumpling. Each dumpling comprises a 22-head braised abalone, roast duck, roast pork, conpoy, sweet chestnuts, salted egg yolk and mung beans.

For a hearty and simple option, go for the Roast Duck Salted Egg Rice Dumpling, which packs chunks of Crystal Jade’s popular roast duck, pork belly, chestnuts, salted egg yolk and mung beans, amid fragrant grains of glutinous rice.

Just in is the unique fusion of Wagyu and Matsutake Mushroom Rice Dumpling (S$48). The tender and juicy Australian Wagyu Beef, paired with the earthly aroma of prized Matsutake Mushroom is sure to please any beef lover's palate.
Back by popular demand, the Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling (S$45) is chock full of premium ingredients; abalone, pumpkin, Chinese mushrooms, pork belly, salted egg, mung bean, conpoy, and chestnuts. The Traditional Rice Dumpling is available as well (S$42).

First up, Tangerine's Organic Barley and Quinoa Dumpling which contains zero trans-fat and cholesterol, and is packed with vitamins and minerals such as manganese, selenium, copper, vitamin B1 and magnesium, is bound to delight health-conscious diners, while Syun’s Unagi Dumpling takes on a Japanese twist of the traditional dumpling, packing in the richness and umami with sesame rice, Shiitake mushrooms and grilled Japanese eel.
