Highlights from the brunch menu, which features a smorgasbord of Inka grilled items include the skewered salmon with pineapple and cucumber; soy-glazed grilled corn, cauliflower with a gorgonzola fondue, cumin, almonds and couscous; and grilled sucrine lettuce with anchovy yoghurt. Meat lovers can also look forward to savouring an array of succulent grilled meats such as beer-battered Arabiki pork sausages, chorizo hot dogs, Peri Peri chicken, wagyu rump with romesco sauce, and lamb T-bone steak marinated with Hatcho Miso. A whole-grilled seabass is the pièce de résistance - brimming with piquant lemon slices and aromatics, it is deboned, plated and served directly to the table.
Dessert serves up a Warm Sticky Date Pudding enriched with a ginger toffee sauce, a unique fusion which is Kaffir Lime Chocolate Cake, and a local sweets-inspired Kaya Lychee Financier. Indulge in various refreshing botanical inspired cocktails or cool off with unlimited pourings of Heineken beer.

If Dad’s a meat lover, take him to The Carvery at Park Hotel Alexandra for an absolutely indulgent treat.
The Carvery takes pride in their flawlessly-prepared quality roast meats buffet - this time featuring an all new wood-fired Argentinian grill. Cooked over Hickory and Mesquite wood, the firewood imparts a distinct flavour to the meats. The massive 30-day dry aged US Angus Prime Rib is the star of the show - dry-aged in-house then slow-cooked and roasted over the Argentinian grill, the glorious slab of beef yields a robust meaty flavour.

For the Dads who love dim sum, Hai Tien Lo’s Dim Sum Brunch Buffet is available on Father’s Day weekend of 17 and 18 Jun 2017. Highlights include Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Fragrant Fried Carrot Cake in Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, and Steamed Pork and Prawn Dumplings with Crab Roe, amongst many other handcrafted dim sum and signature delicacies.
Available on 17 and 18 June 2017 (11.30am-2.30pm) at S$88 per adult and S$48 per child. All dine-in guests will each receive a complimentary Longevity Bun and Pan-fried King Prawn in Chef’s Special Sauce.
