Cat & The Fiddle
Cat & The Fiddle, Singapore’s only premium online cheesecake shop, serves up a festive sweet treat perfect for National Day. Named LoveSG!, the cake is a red and white beauty, inspired by a lychee martini cocktail. An exquisite combination of tart raspberries and sweet lychees are nestled in a light, soft, and fluffy bed of cheesy mousse. A subtle hint of Martini cuts through the sweetness and lends a perfect balance to the cake, which is then topped with a light crystalline glaze embedded with dried rose petals.

Birds Of A Feather
Paying tribute to the spice-loving nation, which is Singapore, Birds of a Feather has whipped up a special birthday present – Salted Egg Crab Popiah with a Sichuan spicy twist. Soft shell crab tempura, crab roe, shredded fresh cucumber, and turnips stewed with Sichuan peppers are delicately wrapped in handmade charcoal popiah skin. A rich salted egg espuma dip serves as a flavourful accompaniment to the many tastes and textures of the dish.
Priced at S$18, this dish is available from 8 to 11 August 2017, and is available during both lunch and dinner.

Treat yourself to an extravagant meal at a 1 Michelin-starred contemporary French fine dining restaurant. For National Day, Saint Pierre has come up with a unique menu, where the names of its dishes form the word SINGAPORE. At S$248 per person, indulge in Satay, Idli, Nasi Lemak, Ginger, Assam, Pork Belly, Ohmi Beef Rendang, Rojak, and Egg Tart. Expect modern takes on classic local dishes such as the Nasi Lemak, which uses king crab instead of a chicken wing, the satay made out of eel, prawn, and squid instead of the usual chicken, pork, and mutton, as well as the rojak that comes with a helping of hae ko prawn-Pineapple Sorbet.
